Really, really nice concept. Cropping the picture down to focus on the three hands was a very good decision, too. It shows you're concentrating on interesting compositions now!
The one thing that kind of makes my eyes do a double take is where the shadows fall on the hands. On the far left hand, the light is clearly shining from the left, but on the others, the light source seems undefined. Only something really minor.
Nonetheless, awesome, awesome, awesome job putting this together.
